Description
The largest of our measuring jugs, this 5 litre measuring jug, or measuring cup, is ideal for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where the accurate measurement of liquids is essential.
This small measuring jug is manufactured from high quality PP (Polypropylene). Polypropylene jugs are lightweight and offer great strength and versatility whilst also eliminating the risk of breakages that often occur with glass alternatives.
Specifically designed to measure out liquid volumes, the jug is highly translucent and has clearly defined moulded graduations that rise in 250 millilitre (ml) segments. The jug also has a no drip spout to help avoid spillages, and there is a thumb grip on the handle to easier control when pouring.
It is autoclavable (a sterilization method that uses high-pressure steam) and highly resistant to chemicals. For these reasons, this jug is widely used in laboratories to precisely measure chemicals.
However, not restricted to chemicals alone, this plastic jug is also food grade certified and is a popular choice in the commercial catering industry for measuring out a variety of ingredients.

Delivery will take place 3 to 5 days from the date of order unless you notify us of a preferred delivery date. (Subject to stock availability)
