Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award 2018, 2019

The Trusted Service award is a recognised symbol of trust. Only businesses who’ve shown outstanding levels of quality and customer service are recognised. To be eligible a business must have at least 50 reviews in the last calander year, and have achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 during this period.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS) standard. It recognises companies for the way in which they work to achieve consistent performance and improve customer satisfaction, in areas such as our systems, people management and our day to day jobs.
