What’s extra special about our feefo badge is that it’s based entirely on independent feedback from our genuine customers. To achieve gold status you must receive a minimum of 50 reviews throughout the year (Invopak actually achieved 89) and score an average minimum of 4.5/5 - Invopak’s average is 4.7/5, so we are over the moon that our customers have been so pleased with our service throughout the last year.
We are passionate about continually raising our game in Customer Care and aspire to deliver a World Class Customer Experience to everyone who deals with us. Our teams regularly meet across the business to discuss improvements that we can make to our Customer Experience. Involving every single member of our business in these meetings and workshops allows us to gain a great perspective of each stage of our Customer Journey.
