On Friday 12th July we attended The UK Digital Experience Awards which took place at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London.
Now in its 5th year, the UK Digital Experience Awards (UKDXA) continues to celebrate the ways digital technology is used to enhance customer experience. The awards provide a platform for organisations and individuals to celebrate the partnerships they have formed and be rewarded for their digital innovation and customer-centric culture. The awards finals provide a unique opportunity to share best practice and network with a multitude of cross-sector organisations.
The awards are judged by an independent panel of business professions through both a written entry and a live presentation on the day of the finals; with many of the presentations being open to spectators. The scoring criterion is endorsed by Cranfield School of Management, and every finalist receives a feedback report after the awards finals. The UKDXA has been accredited with the prestigious Gold Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council.
Last Friday, along with over 350 people we gathered at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London to compete for a coveted series of prizes and share the very best ideas from the world of technology. Everyone in attendance enjoyed a memorable Awards ceremony, gaining a greater appreciation for how organisations can create simpler, more meaningful digital experiences for their customers.
Involvement Packaging were shortlisted in two categories and after presenting to a panel of judges earlier in the day, we were absolutely delighted to have been awarded the GOLD WINNER for Best Digital Change & Transformation and SILVER WINNER for Best Online User Experience B2B/B2C. We are over the moon to have walked away with not one, but two fantastic awards!
This is such a huge achievement for us and fantastic recognition of the dedication we’ve demonstrated in transforming the technology within our business.
In years gone by a digital outlook was not something that was at the forefront of our thinking. However, in a changing landscape where online ordering was the new norm, we knew that change was needed. We have completely transformed our digital approach in recent years and have made major changes within the business by utilising new and existing technologies to better service our customers and continue to offer a world class customer experience.
To be recognised for all our hard work and efforts was a special moment for us and we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our victory with the rest of the finalists.
Thank you to Awards International for organising the event, and we look forward to entering next year to defend our crown!
