We are extremely pleased to be able to share the results of our most recent Invopak Customer Survey, the findings of which will help us to continue focusing on the things that matter most to our customers. One of our goals is to establish more regular methods of obtaining customer feedback and short online customer surveys are just one of the ways that we will do this.

At Invopak we are passionate about continually reviewing how our Customers feel about us and where we can better support them. Every time we do this, it allows us to make improvements to our customer experience and helps us move closer to our goal of delivering a "World Class Customer Experience" to everyone who deals with us.

The below infographic highlights key findings such as:
• How our customers prefer to place their orders
• How our service compares to other businesses similar to ours
• How our customers would rate us in key areas of customer service
• Our customers understanding of some of the key services that we offer
• Where our customers would like to see us make some improvements

The survey was a wonderful way to gain feedback from our customers and we were delighted to receive so many positive comments.

As one of our four core values “Customer” is all about “exceeding our customers expectations” and in order to do this, we need to continually develop our understanding of what our customers actually want and need from us. We are so grateful to all of the respondents to this survey for providing insight into how we can better meet their needs.

As a thank you for taking the time to answer our short survey we entered every respondent into a prize draw and were delighted to provide three of our customers with £250, £150 & £50 in either a voucher of their choice or a donation to a charity of their choosing.
