Printed packaging is one of the most effective ways to market your brand to your customers and help your products stand out from the crowd.

Your packaging and label design is the first thing your consumers will notice, and it takes less than a second for them to decide if they like what they see. This first impression is crucial, especially in highly competitive industries with intense competition.

Your packaging design is essential for conveying your brand message and product value.

Offset Printing

Offset printing is one of the most popular printing techniques used in the packaging industry. Also known as offset lithography, it is a printing technique that transfers ink onto a print roller and then onto a packaging container. Allowing the use of up to 6 colours, it offers a consistent, high-quality finish that helps elevate your packaging's design.

Benefits of Offset Printing

High-quality results: Because offset printing technology uses ink instead of toner, you get a high-resolution image every time.

Fast Turnaround: Although the initial set-up process can take longer than other printing techniques, once completed, the offset printing process is a quick process that is best suited to large volumes. Generally speaking, the higher the volume, the lower the price per unit.

Flexible: The technique used in offset printing means that it can be used to print on a range of surfaces, shapes and sizes. So whether applied to a round plastic bottle, square plastic bucket or round tinplate pail, offset printing will provide a professional finish every time.

In Mould Labelling (IML)

In Mould Labelling, or IML, is a printing technique where a pre-printed polypropylene film is placed directly into the mould of a container during the manufacturing process. The film fuses or bonds with the container, becoming inseparable. For this reason, IML cannot be removed or peeled from the container.

Benefits of IML

High-resolution images: IML ensures a high-resolution finish and outstanding colour quality.

Extremely durable: In-mould labels are hard-wearing and highly resistant to temperature, making them ideal for refrigerated and frozen products.

Environmentally friendly: Because IMLs are composed of the same material as the containers, they can be fully recycled without any separation.

Shorter production time and lower costs: Because the IML printing process is done during the manufacturing of the products, there is no need to transport and store unprinted containers.

In Mould Labelling (IML) is available on most of our plastic product ranges.
