Plastic Buckets

Our wholesale plastic buckets are made from versatile, lightweight, and fully recyclable Polypropylene (PP), with full food-grade certification available. The range includes UN Approved buckets, small buckets complete with lids, square buckets, and more, available in various sizes and colours, all featuring plastic or metal handles and tamper-evident seals for secure packaging. We have an ever-growing range of recycled (PCR) buckets which contain at least 70% recycled plastic. This is the highest amount of recycled content that can be offered whilst still delivering a robust and durable bucket. Our recycled buckets are also exempt from Plastic Packaging Tax.

Plastic Jerry Cans

Made from food-grade HDPE (high-density polyethylene), our jerry cans are lightweight yet robust, providing excellent protection for storing, transporting, and decanting various liquids, including chemicals, detergents, resins, soaps, sanitizers, and oils. The range includes UN-approved jerry cans tested for safe storage and transportation of hazardous substances. Available in sizes from 1 liter to 30 liters and various colors, these jerry cans feature built-in handles for easy maneuverability. Both stackable and non-stackable options are available, along with a variety of closures such as screw caps, tap caps, and pumps to meet your business needs.

Plastic Tubs

Our plastic tubs, made from food-grade polypropylene (PP), offer lightweight durability and versatility, ideal for safe storage and transport of foods, paints, powders, pastes, and more. These high-quality, food-grade certified tubs feature tamper-evident seals to prevent contamination. Available in square and rectangular shapes, in sizes ranging from 120ml to 5L, and colours including clear, natural, and black, they can be ordered online in pack or pallet quantities. We can offer IML (In-Mold Labelling) printing services for tubs, which provide a photographic quality finish (Minimum order quantities apply).

Plastic Barrels, Drums & IBCs

Our plastic barrels, drums and IBCs are UN-certified and designed for industrial use. They are made from durable HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). Our standard lines are made from recycled-plastic, and we also offer virgin-plastic food-grade options. All these products are 100% recyclable and are available in bulk storage sizes from our 30Litre barrels up to our 1000 litre IBCs.

Plastic Bottles

Our plastic jars are food-grade certified. They are made from shatterproof PP (Polypropylene), making them lightweight and durable. The polypropylene jars, available in white, come in both non-tamper-evident and tamper-evident options, suitable for packaging powders, supplements, food ingredients, medicines, cosmetics, creams, and ointments. Available in sizes from 150ml to 1.5L, these jars offer a selection of screw cap closures in wadded or un-wadded formats to provide a leak-resistant seal.

Are caps and closures included when you order plastic packaging?

No, caps and closures are not usually included when you order plastic packaging. It is easy to order the matching closures directly from the product page using our, "quick add" function.

Does Invopak offer both stock and custom plastic packaging?

Yes, we offer a wide range of plain plastic packaging that can be ordered directly from our website. We are experts in printed packaging, and most of our products are suitable for IML custom printing. Just get in touch to find out more about bespoke packaging.

Is plastic packaging recyclable?

All of Invopak's PP and HDPE plastic packaging can be recycled. Certain single-use plastic films and polystyrene products can not be recycled. You can find out more about plastic recycling here.

Can plastic packaging be reused?

Invopak's rigid plastic containers are made from durable PP and HDPE plastic, which means they can be cleaned and re-used multiple times.

Is plastic packaging food-grade?

Not all plastic packaging is food-grade. Many recycled plastic products are not suitable for food use, and BPAs have been banned for food-use in the EU. Food-grade containers are usually marked with a glass and fork symbol, and will have migration certificates to confirm the suitability for food-use. Is plastic packaging suitable for chemicals and hazardous liquids?

Invopak offers a number of different packaging options for chemicals. Fluorinated bottles and jerry cans are resistant to chemicals and are ideal for cleaning products and swimming pool chemicals.
