Will switching affect my supply?

No, we work with you to ensure a seamless switch. Your account manager will review your order history and requirements to ensure you receive your packaging stock in line with your business needs

Can you produce printed packaging to existing designs?

Yes, we have an experienced in-house design team, Invo Design, who can adapt your existing packaging designs. Switching packaging suppliers can also be a good opportunity for a design refresh or to update QR codes or legislative labels. Invo Design can help with that too.

Can you match my current packaging products?

Yes, we hold the biggest range of rigid packaging in stock in the UK, and have a close relationship with leading UK and European manufacturers. We're experts in printed packaging too, so if you need printed packaging, our designer can utilise existing artwork for an easy transition.

Do I need to change product codes/specifications?

The SKUs we use are unique to Invopak, so you may need to update the product codes in your system to match them. Whether you need UN approved containers, packaging that meets food safety standards, is suitable for hot filling, or is freezer-safe, we can find the packaging to match. We can also provide specification data sheets and any information you need for compliance, and your account manager will be on hand to support you every step of the way.

Can I request samples before switching?

How quickly can you onboard us?

Very quickly. We keep over £5 million of essential packaging in stock in our UK warehouses. Printed items, industrial order quantities or bespoke items require a longer lead time. Your packaging consultant will discuss your requirements and advise you on the lead times for your packaging order.

Can you match our exact technical specifications for our food packaging?

Yes, we offer a wide range of food-grade packaging solutions that are BPA-free and PFAS-free. If you need freezer-safe or hot-fill containers, we can supply those too. Migration certificates and product specification sheets are available on request.

We are an AA-rated BRCGS storage and distribution partner, so you can be confident your goods are stored and shipped to the highest hygiene standards.

Yes, we offer an extensive choice of UN approved containers, including fluorinated plastic bottles, steel and tinplate drums, as well as UN buckets and jerry cans. Yes, if you require samples for compatibility testing, please let us know. We can arrange for these to be sent directly, or if you've arranged a meeting with one of our packaging consultants, they can bring them when they visit.

What are your standard lead times?

Our standard lead time is 3 working days. We hold over £5million of packaging stock in our UK warehouses, which means we are one of the UK's biggest suppliers of rigid packaging, so you can get the packaging you need, when you need it. You can also place forward orders, or arrange for us to hold stock for you through our sister division Invo Fulfilment, giving you the choice and flexibility, to order your packaging in a way that works for your business.

Do you hold stock for customers?

We can hold stock for you through our sister division Invo Fulfilment, (charges apply). Your account manager can also arrange forward orders to help manage your packaging stock requirements.

What if I need regular repeat orders?

Repeat ordering is easy with Invopak. Your account manager will work closely with our procurement team to manage the repeat ordering process so that you have the packaging you need, when you need it. We also offer other flexible ways to manage your packaging requirements, including forward orders and stockholding agreements.

Can you support custom packaging requirements?

Yes, we work directly with leading packaging manufacturers, so we can source a wide range of products. This includes glass containers, flexible packaging, custom sizes and colours of metal and rigid plastic packaging, and IML and offset-printed containers.
