Growth and Evolution
2026 Invopak receives Feefo Platinum for the third year in a row.
2025 Involvement receives Investors in People Platinum. Putting us in the top 7% of all IIP businesses. And topping off a great year, we also won Best Culture at the IIP annual awards.
2025 BRCGS AA+ for Storage and Distribution for the third year in a row across all depots.
2024 The Invopak factory opens in Manchester, producing metal lever lid tins and oil cans.
2021 The launch of Invo Fulfilment, our storage and transport division, to utilise our expertise in warehousing and fulfilment.
2020 Involvement wins Lloyds Bank Employer of the Year Award.

2019 Additional warehouses are built in Hyde, Manchester, as the business continues to grow.
2017 Invopak is awarded Feefo Gold for the first time, and a new website is launched.

2006 Involvement acquires Ashtown Packaging in Northern Ireland.
2006 Involvement acquires L&B Containers in Glasgow.
2005 Involvement Packaging acquires De la Pak, leading to the creation of the trading name, Invopak

1996 The acquisition of Kenyon Containers, which becomes our Manchester Headquarters.
1988 Involvement Packaging grows, and the product range is extended to include HDPE containers.
1974 The story of Involvement Packaging begins, with a focus on supplying plastic buckets to the food, chemicals and coatings industries across the Midlands.
