You can earn points for any of the below activities:

Purchase: 1 point for every £2 spent.
Like/share/follow on socials: 30 points.
Referring a customer: you get 1 point for every £2 new customer spends (in first purchase)
Subscribe to newsletter: 50 points.

Yes, as soon as you place an order or complete any activities to gain points they will be added to your account.

You can exchange your points for the below rewards:

• 5% off: 2500 points.
• 7% off: 4000 points.
• Half day graphic design: 500 points.
• £5 off: 250 points.
• £10 off: 500 points.

To exchange your points for any of the above rewards:

1. Go to the 'rewards' tab in the bottom left.
2. Click 'how to spend points'.
3. Select the reward you want to exchange your points for and click 'redeem'. (If you do not have enough points the 'redeem' option is not available.)
4. Once you have clicked redeem you will be issued with a discount code. This should automatically apply to checkout.
5. If you don't want to use the code straight away, you can find it at a later date by clicking 'view your rewards' in the 'rewards' tab.

Firstly make sure you are logged in.

You can check your balance in the 'rewards' portal by clicking the tab in the bottom left hand side of your screen.

Or you can view your points in your profile by clicking 'account' in the top right hand of the screen.

You can exchange your points for rewards at any time. Each time you exchange your points for rewards you will get a discount code to apply at checkout. However, you can only redeem one discount code at checkout.

For example, if you exchange your points for a £10 code and a 5% off code, you can only use one of these codes at checkout. You'd have to wait and use the remaining code the next time you check out.

After 1 year. Your points are valid for 1 year from the date of receiving them.

Tip, if your points are nearing expiry exchange them for rewards to avoid loosing them.

Yes. The way that our loyalty program works means that points are accumulated per individual user not per company. If you want to consolidate your points from different users from the same company to one user account, please contact us at sales@invopak.co.uk or call 0161 366 4451 and we will move the points over for you.

You have to redeem rewards from the 'how to spend rewards' tab before they appear in the 'view your rewards' tab.

1. Copy your unique referral link. This can be located in the 'rewards' tab in the bottom left hand corner of the page. Or in your account profile by clicking 'account' in the top right hand corner. Please make sure you are logged in.

2. Share the link with the friend you want to refer. You can share this link multiple times with different friends.

3. Anyone who uses your referral link to place an order will get £15 off their order.

4. Once they use this code to place an order you will receive 1 point for every £2 they spend from their first order.

Please note, our system has a built in tracker to detect suspicious referrals. If it detects that the order is made by the Sender of the referral link or that the Receiver has the same shipping address as the Sender, you will not receive the referral points.

Yes, points are deducted from your account for any orders that are cancelled or any items within that order are removed.

Please make sure you aren't in your customer profile or checkout, when you are in these areas the tab disappears.
