How can I earn points?
You can earn points for any of the below activities:
Purchase: 1 point for every £2 spent.
Like/share/follow on socials: 30 points.
Subscribe to newsletter: 50 points.
Are points automatically added to my account?
Yes, as soon as you place an order or complete any activities to gain points they will be added to your account.
How can I spend my points?
You can exchange your points for the below rewards:
- 5% off: 5000 points.
- 7% off: 8000 points.
- Half day graphic design: 2000 points.
- £5 off: 250 points.
- £10 off: 500 points.
To exchange your points for any of the above rewards:
- Go to the 'rewards' tab in the bottom left.
- Click 'how to spend points'.
- Select the reward you want to exchange your points for and click 'redeem'. (If you do not have enough points the 'redeem' option is not available.)
- Once you have clicked redeem you will be issued with a discount code. This should automatically apply to checkout.
- If you don't want to use the code straight away, you can find it at a later date by clicking 'view your rewards' in the 'rewards' tab.

How can I check my balance?
Firstly make sure you are logged in.
You can check your balance in the 'rewards' portal by clicking the tab in the bottom left hand side of your screen.
Or you can view your points in your profile by clicking 'account' in the top right hand of the screen.

How do I redeem points for graphic design time?
You can redeem this within the rewards portal however, we ask that you please contact us for an accurate quote before purchasing or redeeming: https://forms.office.com/e/2JcF5GGj1m
We can then ensure we are able to fulfil your required design in that timeframe.

Can I redeem multiple rewards at once?
You can exchange your points for rewards at any time. Each time you exchange your points for rewards you will get a discount code to apply at checkout. However, you can only redeem one discount code at checkout.
For example, if you exchange your points for a £10 code and a 5% off code, you can only use one of these codes at checkout. You'd have to wait and use the remaining code the next time you check out.
When do my points expire?
After 1 year. Your points are valid for 1 year from the date of receiving them.
Tip, if your points are nearing expiry exchange them for rewards to avoid loosing them.
Can I consolidate points from different log-ins across my business?
Yes. The way that our loyalty program works means that points are accumulated per individual user not per company. If you want to consolidate your points from different users from the same company to one user account, please contact us at sales@invopak.co.uk or call 0161 366 4451 and we will move the points over for you.
I can't see any rewards to redeem?
You have to redeem rewards from the 'how to spend rewards' tab before they appear in the 'view your rewards' tab.

Are points deducted for cancellations?
Yes, points are deducted from your account for any orders that are cancelled or any items within that order are removed.
I can't find the 'rewards' tab
Please make sure you aren't in your customer profile or checkout, when you are in these areas the tab disappears.
Are you logged in?
If you're an existing customer please log in to view your points balance. Your points balance is available to view in the 'rewards' portal on the bottom left or on you account profile.
If you're not a customer yet don't worry, as soon as you make a purchase you will start earning points.
You will be prompted to make an account before purchasing and this will automatically enrol you onto our loyalty program.
