Invo Metal: Power. Partnership. Precision.

We are delighted to announce that Involvement Ltd in partnership with Metalscatola Spa, have acquired Falco Packaging Ltd (Company No. 14792364).

As part of this exciting development, Falco Packaging Ltd has been rebranded to Invo Metal Ltd.

Invo Metal is now part of the Involvement group, alongside Invopak and other brands including Invo Fulfilment, and Invo Design.

This means that Invopak has direct access to Invo Metal's range of rectangle tins and lever lids - which will continue to be made at Invo Metal's UK production site in Hyde, which is also where Invopak's head office is based.

Plans are already underway for additional investment and production lines.

As a result of our combined expertise, customers will also benefit from:

Incredible print capabilities. Metalscatola will be printing all plate in their state-of-the-art facility, with 6 print lines enabling infinite colour options.

Increased lacquer options. We now have access to more lacquer options, including BPA free, phthalate and phthalate free/food grade, all compliant with EU regulations.

Supply chain sovereignty. We are investing in large quantities of tinplate coil sourced from the EU, minimising supply instability and price fluctuations.
