Involvement receives a double-nomination at the Investors in People Awards

Involvement, Invopak's parent company, has been shortlisted in two categories at the national Investors in People (IIP) Awards 2025. This comes on the back of the group’s Platinum certification, an accolade shared by only 7% of IIP businesses.

This year marks the 12th annual IIP awards, which were established to highlight the positive impact that supporting and investing in your workforce can have. Research has shown that a valued, motivated team can improve the profitability and resilience of a business, which also boosts customer satisfaction and loyalty.

It's a sentiment that resonates with our CEO, Arjen Cooper-Rolfe, “We are very clear that in the current climate of challenge and uncertainty, our people are our greatest asset. The better we can make our team, the better we can serve our customers.”

Employee empowerment runs deep in Involvement, so it's fitting that the group’s nominations are for Best Culture and UK Employer of the Year. Everyone has the chance to learn and grow through the coaching academy, and colleagues are actively empowered to find those 1% improvements that make a real operational difference.

It’s a way of working that has clearly resonated with the Investors in People awards panel, whose mission is to “Make Work Better.” As Arjen explains, “I believe that no matter the size or resources of your organisation, you can operate at the very highest level. It’s amazing what can be achieved with effort, commitment and taking a leap of faith.”
