Invopak, under the umbrella of Involvement, has won a prestigious Investors in People Award. The Best Culture trophy was presented to us at a glittering ceremony in London. For 35 years, Investors in People has championed organisations and individuals who share a common goal: to Make Work Better, and the Investors in People Awards 2025 marked this milestone with a night of celebration and inspiration.
Investors in People, CEO Paul Devoy praised all nominees for choosing a path, “defined by leadership, learning and long-term commitment”. He also highlighted that it is a diverse global community that includes a huge range of organisations from the Public sector to SMEs, Charities, PLCs and every business in between.

The Award for Best Culture
The Best Culture Award is an honour given to organisations that, “foster exceptional workplace cultures, where diversity, inclusion and wellbeing thrive, and every voice matters.” Involvement is a people-first business where colleagues are empowered to find those 1% improvements that make a real operational difference, and everyone has the chance to learn and grow through the coaching academy. It’s a way of working that clearly resonated with the Investors in People awards panel, as Arjen explains,
“Together, we’ve transformed this business over the past decade by recognising that it’s not about the product, it’s about making the people better. I believe that no matter the size or resources of your organisation, you can operate at the very highest level. It’s amazing what can be achieved with a team effort, commitment and taking a leap of faith.”
The win tops off a landmark year for Invopak’s Investors in People journey. Earlier this year, we received Platinum Investors in People Platinum, an accolade only presented to the top 7% of businesses assessed through the IIP programme. Paul signed off the evening with a thought-provoking message for the future, “The stories we tell will become the standards others reach for tomorrow. When you invest in people, you make work, and life, better.” In today’s uncertain and often challenging business climate, it is a sentiment that is more important than ever.
