Recycled Plastic IBC
Invopak’s IBC tanks are manufactured by the UK’s leading packaging specialists to provide the highest levels of durability and reliability. Our recycled plastic or post consumer resin (PCR) IBC's are UN Certified, meaning they have been tested to comply with strict regulations for the safe storage and transportation of substances such as hazardous chemicals.
The inner tank of the IBC is extremely durable and highly resistant. The inner tank is then encased in a galvanised steel cage and mounted onto a robust plastic pallet that can be easily manoeuvred via forklifts. All of our IBC tanks have a top opening for filling and discharge valves for easy decanting.
Please note recycled IBC tanks are not food grade.

What is an Intermediate Bulk Container?
An intermediate bulk container, or IBC is a palletised durable plastic cube, caged in metal. IBCs are used to store and transport goods in bulk.
Are IBCs food grade and suitable for food oils, syrups and raw ingredients?
Yes, our standard IBCs are food grade and are ideal for storing catering and raw ingredients in bulk. Our recycled plastic IBCs are not food grade and should not be used for consumable products/
Are IBC tanks suitable for storing chemicals in bulk?
Yes. Invopak's IBCs are UN certified and are ideal for storing many chemicals, including agri-chemicals, detergents, automotive and other liquids. IBCs are not suitable for storing certain flammable or corrosive chemicals, so it is important to check that an IBC is appropriate by speaking to an advisor and checking which UN cerification is required.
Are IBC tanks UN-approved?
Yes, our standard IBCs are UN approved, certificates are available on request.
